Stop Asking For Losers


People ask for losers only unwittingly. Who would do that on purpose?

Here's how to fix that.

First, interview people before you sign them up. Start by asking them the leading questions BEFORE you sign them up.

For example:
'We're looking for key people right now. But of course, in the process of seeking out key people, we always come across part timers as well. So, let me ask you, how do you see yourself? As a key person or as a part time person?'

p.191-2, 'Truth...' Then tell them what you're looking for (p. 96-99 in the Truth book so they know what you seek. Then you and they can see if there's a match. After all, do you want people you have to drag across the finish line?
